No, you can order week-to-week with no commitment. Subscriptions will be optional when we launch them, but you will never be locked in. F3 is designed to fit your lifestyle, not restrict it.

How long do the meals last in the fridge?

Meals stay fresh for 4–5 days when refrigerated. Seafood meals are best enjoyed earlier in the week. Some meals can be frozen if needed, but fresh is always recommended for best quality.

What if I have specific goals like fat loss or muscle gain?

That’s what our F3 portion system is for. F3 Lean is for cutting, F3 Fuel for balanced everyday performance, and F3 Power for higher intensity training and increased macros.
