Quick answers to the most common questions about F3 memberships.
Are meals included in my membership?
No. You’ll still choose and purchase your meals separately each week. Local members can use F3 meals and
delivery perks; nationwide members use the at-home meal templates and recipe system.
Do I have to order meals every single week?
No. You can order whenever it fits your lifestyle and budget. Coaching continues regardless, and we’ll help
you navigate at-home meals on weeks you order less (or if you’re fully nationwide).
How do the free delivery weeks work?
Local members receive a set number of “free delivery weeks” each month based on their tier. During those
weeks, you can choose home delivery for your F3 order without paying a delivery fee.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
No long-term contracts. Monthly memberships renew every 30 days. Annual memberships are paid upfront and
renew yearly if you choose to continue.
What if my goal changes?
That’s normal. We’ll adjust your macros, training, and strategy to match your new goal — whether that’s
leaning out, recomposition, or building muscle.
Can I join if I don’t live near F3?
Yes. Choose the Nationwide option. You’ll get the same coaching structure plus an at-home meal system with
templates, grocery lists, and recipes built for your macros.
